| Secure Cloud Hosting |  Your website is hosted on a high security, highly scalable dedicated virtual server that includes redundant firewall protection, redundant web application protection, redundant DoS/DDoS mitigation, and redundant physical hardware (high availability). We only host websites that we maintain so that nothing interferes with the performance of your site. |
| Dual Backup | We maintain 14 days of server snapshot backups. Should your website need to be restored on an individual basis, we maintain a developer license for Backup software that allows for swift restoration or migration to a new server. We pay annual dues to keep this technology current so that we have ability to recover your website quickly. |
| Custom Feedback Forms | Dynamic feedback forms are a good part of any website call to action. We pay annual developer license fees to keep this technology up to date so our clients have the latest lead capturing forms available. |
| WordPress Maintenance | We perform WordPress updates and handle any plugin conflicts or resulting issue with your theme. If left dormant, a WordPress website can become a security risk and malfunction when viewed by updated browsers. |
| Anti-Malware | We scan nightly for malware so that an infection doesn’t hurt your search rankings and you don’t have the embarrassment of having to apologize to a visitor because your website infected their computer. |
| WordPress Support | We provide support for those who prefer to post their own blog and/or news updates. |
| Unlimited Website Updates | Unlike other web developers who nickel and dime you for every little change you want to make, we post text, graphics, pictures provided by you to existing pages. Note we do charge additional fees for new pages, new portfolio items, and new e-commerce products. |
| SEO Meta Data | We post SEO title tags and meta data entries on your site based on the information you provide. Note having these entries alone do not guarantee search engine rankings. Please discuss your SEO expectations with your Account Manager. |
Add-On Services
Adding a new page filled with content provided by you is a one time fee of $75. From then on, the newly added page is covered by your monthly maintenance fee.
When we create content for you, there is a $150/page fee for the first 300 words. The reason for this is it takes extra time and thought to carefully select the words and images that best represent your business. This is far below the national average of $2/word copy writing fee. We will also charge for the cost of any stock photos used to populate the page.
Custom applications such as calculators, appointment systems, event, and membership systems require additional configuration and testing. These items will be quoted on an case by case basis.
